The high PSA suggests the possibility of prostate cancer. I presume he is following up with his doctor regarding these test results. The weight loss, blood in the urine, and low platelets also go along with the possibility of cancer. He also might be having a urinary tract infection, which could cause blood, chills and sweats. Upset stomach is a nonspecific finding that could go along with a variety of conditions. Further evaluation for infection and cancer, focusing on the genitourinary system, should be done promptly. Hope this helps.
