General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest to take a cycle of antibiotics to treat the infection.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
