What Causes Blood In Urine During Second Trimester Of Pregnancy?

Am 22 weeks pregnant. I started seeing blood in my urine,I did urine analysis doc said I have uti.he placed me me on 2 weeks antibotics and after one week it came back.please what will I do now.is like my body is acidic because it started again after taken pineapple.

I really appreciate your concern, in absence of symptoms it may not be the Urinary tract infection, drink more water and it is better to get done the ultrasonography just to rule out the stone condition hope this information helps.
