What Causes Blood In Urine Along With Vitamin D Deficiency?

I just had a urine analysis done. I was told by the phlebotomist there was a small amt of blood in my sample. I haven t had a period for 2 yrs. I m waiting to hear from my dr but, I was curious. I also had a physical, all was normal except my weight. I am overweight and my bloodwork showed my vitamin D is very low.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Blood trace can be seen normally in urine. It is quite normal and it may be due to minor stones or calculi.
You can go for an ultrasound scan for further assessment.
Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
