What Causes Blood In Urine After Intercourse?

Hi was having intercourse and hitting bottom a lot... sorry. anyway my penis hurt to ejaculate and afterwards I peed blood and more blood came out as I slept. No more afterwards. I noticed the next day it started to swell on one side, underneath the head on the foreskin. A few days later I tried intercourse and it was painful to even get inside. I stopped. It s about 5-7 days later and now there is a clear ring starting on the left side moving around back where some purple color appears and then finishing on the right side. What the?
