General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my surgical experience, the issue is due to urinary infection secondary to residual gravels in the urinary system, bacterial infection due to stent in situ or else )

Precise care with culture specific urinary antibiotics, urinary alkalisers support fast recovery. When you do follow up with your doctor , check X-ray KUB is mandatory to find out any residual stone fragment in the system.

Hope I have answered your query.
