I have called my urologist office about that I am going in for follow up on Wednesday. and I was told my biopsy result was negative for cancer. how ever am concerened about the dark blood coming out when siting on the toilet . any thoughts?. thanks.
Hello Dear , I evaluated your concern deeply . @ Blood is coming from biopsy site only . @ The wound over prostate after taking biopsy has not healed till now fully so you get blood through friction of unhealed tissue from urine sending RBC to urine & red urine . * Drink plenty of liquids * Continue antibiotics , anti-inflammatory agents according to the guidance of your physician. * Avoid getting hard stools . * Avoid smoking / alcohol / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages . * Regular walking , exercises help to recover early . Hope this will definitely help you to some extent. Feel free to ask any further issue. Thanks for using Health care magic . Get well soon dear. Regards .
