What Causes Blood In Throat?

Hi every morning i get up and there is a small amount of blood when i suck from the back of my throat. then it will go away all day....i do not smoke, have no cough, no shortness of breath, and no chest pain at all...sometimes during the day i sware i can taste blood...maybe not...not sure.. i really do not think this is from my lungs.... what other things could be going on??
