What Causes Blood In Stools?

Hi,
I am 21, male. Was diagnosied with epididimytis in 2008, recurred again in 2010 and currently have it now. Visited the doctor yesterday and was given Cipro.
Also, two months ago, I noticed blood in my stool few times which then stopped. But today I noticed it again.
