What Causes Blood In Stools?

Dear doc
I have been operated now its 12th year running as i dont get time for routine check up coz my higher authorities dont give me chutti so pl try to understand as my PT is 49/14 and INR is 3 what am i to do now n i am bleeding in the stool several times but not now its ok.

I really appreciate your concern, blood stain stool without the history of constipation could be due to infection and it can be protozoa infection, if this is the constipation then it can be hemorrhoid or anal fissure it is all depends upon the clinical examination, you have not mentioned what kind operation you had gone though, else something more specific being advised hope this information helps.
