What Causes Blood In Stools, Incomplete Bowel Movements With Pain And Cramps?
Two months ago I found blood in my stool and went to the doctors it did stop but now during the week had loose stool not only loose stool but pain in my back, left side pain only and cramps waist down. It doesn't hurt to go to the bathroom but now the stool doesn't come out fully but in little drops or in pieces and feels like not everything come out. I'm young only 18 but I'm scared I searched up my symptoms things like colonial cancer or stomach uclers come up. Please tell me what this could be?

Pain in abdomen with cramps may be due to bacillary dysentery or diarrhea or Irritable Bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption, etcetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Blood in stool may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistulas, etcetera.
Take soft probiotic diet, do regular exercise and drink plenty of water. Use probiotic tablet.
If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.
