Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had two colonoscopy s in the last 5 years and they have found polyups that have been removed. Today, for the first time ever I had a stool which was bloody, which filled the bowl red. It was only the first stool...I have gone three times subsequently with no blood. Should I see somebody?
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking Your query being appreciated, it is the common finding in post surgical phase of polyp removed from the colon if you find the blood stain stool after the surgery and it is nothing to worry but it should not be long lasting and if this is so then you will have to see the surgeon again hope this information helps.
