What Causes Blood In Stools After Heavy Drinking?

Hi i drank heavily last night and i also ate hot cheetos but i have high amount of what looks like blood in my stool its kind of a darker looking red but i dont know if it is hot cheetos or blood and im nervous because i know drinking in high amounts can cause anal bleeding should i go to the hospital or should i wait a few days and see if it goes away?
