What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hello, since last night I have been experiencing blood in my stool. I am 16 years of age. The blood at first were red circles then at the time of my second stool the blood was pinky. At the time of stool I experience pain and constipation. After my stool I then have stomach cramps and feel as though I need to use the bathroom again. Please could you tell me the cause? Also if I should visit my GP Doctor? Kind Regards.
