What Causes Blood In Stool?

Hello!

I have since the beginning of this week had a form of blood in the stool. It doesn't really hurt when I'm not in the bathroom, but I can feel it when I am on the toilet.

There will be a tiny bit of blood on paper, but it is very little, if anything. There is no blood in the water at all, but there is just a small net of blood outside of parts of the stool. the color looks really red, and not that dark. But as mentioned, it's tearing a bit, like a scratch or something when it's larger stool but I can't really feel it when it's little. I can also still feel it some time after I have been to the toilet.

I also have not had my menstration for almost 2 months?

I'm only 15 years old, and do not know quite what to do. Should I wait and see? or go to a doctor or something? I am also on exchange in the U.S. right now, so I cant just go to adoctor, and it's hard to talk with family about it, since they are not my real family here and my real family can't do much, since they are in Denmark. So I hope for your help!

Thanks in advance!
