What Causes Blood In Stool?

Good Evening, In the past week I have moved my bowels twice. Both times there has been blood with my stool, bright red. Like it's separate like vinegar and oil.....like the blood floats on top like how oil would. I also am having pain in left lower back. What do you think?

Haemorrhoid
Angio dysplasia
Diverticulitis
CA rectum

Drink plenty of water
High fiber diet
Syrp lactulose at night
