Hello,

Blood in the stool along with pain abdomen may be due to diverticulitis or telangiectasia or hemorrhoids or fissure or fistulas or polyps etcetera. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Take a high fiber diet and regular exercise and drink plenty of water. If symptoms not improved, please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
