Hello,

Blood in stool may be fissure, hemorrhoid or other issue. Need additional details to locate the reason.

The current Blood pressure measurement is seemingly related to stress or anxiety. Guidelines for that consume salt restricted diet at present. Keep a chart record of regular BP measurement.

Avoid stress and anxiety. Manage sound and regular uninterrupted sleep of 7 to 8 hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
