Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

You must have Bleeding from the anus or rectal bleeding, Which is a very common symptom.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus. Hemorrhoids are very common post-pregnancy.
2.Anal fissures is a tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage & can cause blood in stool.
3.Infection of lower intestines can also cause blood in stool

You should increase fibres in diet. Taking fibre supplements such as psylium, methylcellulose would be helpful. If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist

Hoping your query is solved.
