First and foremost diagnosis that will come into my mind for blood in stool is piles. For this you have to eat high fiber diet and green leafy vegetables as much as you can. Take hot sitz bath that is you have to take warm water in some container and sit in to it for at-least three to four times daily. Take syrup dufalac or syrup cremaffine 15 ml stat in night before going to sleep. Use lignocaine gel at anal region if pain is very severe. If you follow the instructions you will definitely get the results.
