What Causes Blood In Stool?

I had a bloody stool about 2 weeks ago but never happened again. Then I noticed today I looked in toilet and there was blood in water and when I wiped. What is this from? I have also noticed being dizzy lately but I also have white brain matter lesions

Blood in stools may be due to hemorrhoids or piles or fissure. May come from gut too but then colour would be different.

White brain lesion may be guided by neurologist.
