What Causes Blood In Stool?

I have no pain and its not strained but there is a lot of bright red blood in my stool. Just had another episode this is the second time in 2 weeks. This time the bleeding didnt stop right away. I am a little bit worried and am wondering what it could be?

You didn't mention gender, age ,so it is very difficult to establish any diagnosis merely on these findings .
You are having BRIGHT RED BLOOD ,two times in 2 weeks.
May be due to these possibilities ,these include.
1 Hemorrhoids , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician .
2 Ulcer in large intestine in lower part . Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy examination .
3 Carcinoma of colon . Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy.
However, there are so many other causes of such symptoms but I recommend you , consult a physician and get his consultation at earliest because bright red blood without pain is a cause of concern.
