What Causes Blood In Stool With Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I just noticed that I have what I can only assume was blood in my stool. Today also marks day 3 of lower abdominal pains (they were the worst on the 1st day and have been getting better). I am 28 weeks pregnant as of yesterday and am wondering if this is normal. I am fine in every other way except for extreme dizziness/lightheaded upon standing and occasional nausea. I am 21 years old, if that makes a difference.
