What Causes Blood In Stool Of 2 Month Baby?
My baby of 2 months , having occult blood in her stool, had finished a course of antibiotic , as per doct's suggestion. But after few days, again blood is seen in her stool. She is breast fed baby. What is the reason of bleeding? What should be measure?

I would like to state in the very beginning that your little one is too young and needs a detailed history and physical examination and hazarding a guess without full details is not wise. Although she is exclusively breastfed, There could be cow's milk protein intolerance due to your consuming dairy products. This occult blood could also be due to bleeding in the upper gastro intestinal tract, which can be verified by endoscopy. One needs to rule out disorders of blood clotting also. Hence please consult your pediatrician at the earliest.
