General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

History of fall on the tailbone, in case of your daughter, can cause local pain and tenderness but cannot cause blood in the stool. If there is blood in stool along with pain it may be a fissure in ano.

You should take her to a general surgeon for per rectal digital palpation for tailbone and also proctoscopy for knowing whether she has hemorrhoids or fissure.
Also, needed are:
• Sitz bath in a tub with warm water
• Analgesics
• Laxatives
• Avoid long sitting hours

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
