What Causes Blood In Sperm, Urine And Stool?

I am a male with age 37 yrs. I seek your advise on the following. I had noticed blood in sperm after masterbation and then saw blood during urination (terminal haemturia). The symptoms continued though not continuous, may be once or twice per day during urinating. The blood in urine was so inconsistent that even during collecting samples (morning first urine) once for urine analysis, no RBC, WBC were detected neither visually or following a detailed tests. So far I could not collect any sample for analysis which has blood stains in urine. While I had blood stains in urine, I did not find any blood in sperm even if I just had ejaculation after urinating. Then I travelled to Europe and had constipation, and noticed blood in urine, sperms and stool (very little). The events so far have been painless and I am on course of antibiotics ALTACEF 250. I do not have any history of cancer in my family though my grandfather had suffered from prostrate problems. I am expecting a possible cause based on my age and what precautions should I take. Based on whate I learnt from Internet, I expect to be diagnosed for prostratitis. What tests should I complete to be sure?
