What Causes Blood In Semen?

I have bein bleeding when my sperm comes out pure blood, then go to pee and urinate blood and clots,I m 43, I have bein doing this since age 17. IV bein to many Drs, most have no anser, some think I m lying, so I made a video of it. My father kicked me in groin at age 7, I had a serious surgery,and another at age 22,and just had another at age 42.filed disability 4 yrs ago.keep getting turned down,I worked for 2o yrs as a welder.I cant lift much, or walk far,when my prostrate swells is when I have the bleeding and clotting.swelling of my prostrate sets it off, then for years it would happen every 3or 4 yrs. Now I m ruint, lost our home ,everything over this.I dont think aDr can fix it.26 yrs and I m disabled from it. A Dr once told me it was from my traumatic event when I was a child. I believe it. I worked as long as I could, but Its hard to get a Dr to say I m disabled because they don t know what really causes it!!! Email me@ YYYY@YYYY I would like to help anyone or speak to a Dr.

Hello,
You have mentioned that you have blood while urinating from many years. Do you have any other symptoms like loin pain, or bleeding from any other parts of your body like gums, etc. You also mentioned that your prostate is swelled up. It is called Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This condition causes bleeding while urination as well. Do you have any difficulty in urination which is also a symptom of BPH.
Just go to an urologist and get a urine microscopy and culture test, urine cytology test and and Ultrasound to diagnose your problem.
If you have any loin pain, it can be due to kidney stones, and you may need a CT scan to diagnose it.
You can also get a blood clotting or coagulation profile like PT, aPTT, BT and FBE (Full blood examination) to see if you have any clotting disorder.
If all the above tests turn out to be normal, then your problem might be due to your childhood traums as well and then you can be reassured.
