Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Blood In Semen After Intake Of Ecstasy Pill?
Hello I am 24 years old and there is a significant amount of blood in my semen. It started happening a few months ago. I do drink about every weekend. Also just recently I consumed an ecstasy pill a couple weeks ago and after the night was done there was a little bit of blood at the end of my urine.
I suggest that you get the semen analysed. This way, we can tell what the exact composition of the semen is and what the blood in it is all about. Blood in semen could be caused by excessive sexual activity or masturbation, an infection, a prostate disease, etc.
However, I will want to think that excessive sexual activity is probably the cause. This will be confirmed by the absence of no other findings suggestive of an infection. In all, probably linked to excessive sexual activity. Semen analysis would help with this.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
