What Causes Blood In Semen After Doing Kegel Exercises?

I’m male, and I did kegal exercises to strengthen the muscle, but when I had a bowel movement, blood was mixed with my urine at the end. I refrained from ejaculating for a few weeks, thinking the muscle bruised my prostate. I was fine a few days after I started and ejaculated 2 times with no blood, but that caused the blood to show again a day or two later. Any tips on how to help that muscle or gland heal?

Blood in urine can be due to damage to the urethra. You should consult surgeon. He will do proper examination and investigation to find out source of blood and will treat accordingly.
