What Causes Blood In Bowels?

I've been noticing blood on the toilet paper after each bowel movement. This has been going on for about two months and there is no pain, but was a very intense sensation in the beginng (1st month or so), which no longer happens. I went to a doctor who found no external hemorrhoids or bleeding. What could be wrong?

Hi, thanks for the question.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. It seems that you have hemorrhoids and these can be internal hemorrhoids that can be picked on proctoscopy. It can be anal tag or polyps or even tumor. You should have your thorough Lower GI check up as soon as possible.

Thanks.
