I had a big knot form on the left front almost tip of my tongue 2 day ago when I woke up that morning for the first day of 3 of papaw funeral. It was huge & very sore to touch. It felt like it would explode from what ever fluid is filling up inside it. I couldnt take the pain and the pressure I was feeling on my tongue so I looked closer. I noticed a small hole that was leading into my tongue towards center of knot. I thought could it be just a big ass bump on my tongue with the head right there. I took a small needle and slowly put it in hole and let it go on it own and it end up well into the center of knot. When I pulled out red blood pored long time followed by some blacker blood. The pressure build up feeling was totally gone. I thought that's it. Last night and today it looks like that never happened. No bigger no small same spot with pressure feeling little more. I thought bump at first now maybe spider bit cause it form during my sleep. Any suggestions.
