Hi, I have 3 different bumps close to my inner thigh, but they are all spread apart. They are slightly red with a white head. I piped one and it is going away. I tried to pop another one and it put out a little pus now its like a blood blister and I still can t pop it. What is this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it is folliculitis which is inflammation and/or of the hair follicles.

The presence of pus makes infection likely.

Keeping the area clean with an antiseptic soap/cleaner and using topical antibiotics may help.
If there is no improvement then oral antibiotics may be needed.

It would be best to avoid trying to pop because this would be causing further inflammation.

I hope this helps
