What Causes Blood Clots On Tongue With Anemia And Menorrhagia?

i am a 40 year old female 140 lbs 5foot 5 i am anemic with menorahgia (sp/)awaiting a hysterectomy, this morning i woke up with bright red blood clots on my tongue, i thought maybe it was from my sinuses so i blew my nose but no blood and now the back of my tongue is black i have also been experiencing stomach craming on and off high like by my sternum

Dear there is a possibility of gastro esophageal reflex disease with erosions on your mouth or peptic ulcers with gerd. So use tab. Nexium before breakfast and syrp sucral 15-30ml thrice a day. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol and smoking. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
