What Causes Blood Clots In The Radial Arteries Of The Hands?

Dear dr My husbund has a blood clots in both radial arteries of both hands And joint pain He took corticostrleroides for 5 days then stop it While doing cbc test We found wbc high Wbc 20 000 Eeosinophiles 40% And neutrohiles 35 Then he is on levenox ampoule and lipitor When he repeat cbc after 10 days of levenox Thr esinophiles decrease and become 33% Nitrophile 33 Wbc 11000 What do u think this could be Is this could be eosinophilic leukmia although wbc total count become normal and eosinophile decrease from 6.5 with is 40% to 3.7 which is 33 % without treatment other than levenox injection for blood clots Or it is due to any other reason as it decrease in 10 days Kindly advise
