General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry to hear about his disease. In fact blood clot in the lungs is always serious, however it depends on size of the clot. Unfortunately, the prognosis seems very grim in patients who had cancer that involve more then one organ.

So things looks too serious. He should be given full comfort but prognosis is not good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
