What Causes Blood Clot Discharge In Urine While Having PCOS?

Hello, I have been concern about my issue. Few weeks ago i was diagnosed that i have PCOS. Last week i had intercourse and had to use pill since the condom was broke. A week later i had sex again and i realized i have dark blood with clot coming out from my urine. What does that mean?

I really appreciate your concern, symptom of bleeding per vagina could be due to hormone changes and it may not be due to history of PCOS particularly in your case but more it seems to be retained blood and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
