What Causes Blood Clot Discharge From Vagina Post Hysteroscopy?

I had a hysteroscopy almost 2 weeks ago to remove a polyp from my uterus! I am Starting to have light tissue coming out and this morning I had a clot in the toilet after I peed and is that normal? Uterus lining healing? Could it be possible I started my period? Help!
