What Causes Blood And Black Specks In Urine?

My husband had blood in his urine 5days ago and today he noticed tiny black specks in his urine, like grains of sand. He will not go to the doctor and I have tried to encourage him. I believe he may have a kidney stone, although he has not complained of any pain. If it is a stone is there anything he can do which does not involve seeing a doctor?

Hai,

May be a kidney stone.
kindly do a ultrasound abdomen and urine routine to rule out the cause for the blood and black specks in urine.
without do the above investigation we cannot assess whether it is a stone or any infection which is causing the problem.
at times in diabetic patient dead tissues may be present in urine.
