Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to noise induced injury or allergic middle ear effusion or infection. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet Levocetirizine for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician (ENT specialist), he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
