What Causes Blockage In The Nasal Cavity?

Last week went to my ENT Dr. d/t that the right side of my sinuses and nasal cavity were clogged and could not get any releif...he look in my throat and said it was the flu d/t reddeness deeper in my throat...he gave me an Allergy shot stating if my sympotms do not improve come back next week to get another...Now I have a persistant raddle cough head still stuffy and today my lungs feel like they are on fire...now what?

you are having URI. most commonly it occurs due to viral causes. so you just need to get symptomatic treatment and avoid using antibiotics. for nasal blockage, xylometazoline nasal drops whenever u require.
some nasal decongestant like pseudoephedrine and levocetrizine combination. antiinflammatories ibuprofen and paracetamol combination. and avoid cold food/ drink ingestion. take hot bath and steam inhalation. gargle with warm water. you will get benefit.
