What Causes Bloating, Sore Stomach And Back After A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on the 1st of July, My hcg returned to 0 in 8 days, this morning ive woken up with a really bloated and sore tummy and back , could this be an infection? 2 days ago I felt pains like period or ovulation pains, could this have something to do with it?

Welcome to hcm,
Abdominal and back pain might be premenstrual symptoms. If there is a infection there will be other signs like fever, myalgia along with pain.In absence of these symptoms it could be mostly premenstrual symptoms only.
