What Causes Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi, I'm a 24 year old male, 185 lbs and about 5 9. I have had this issue pretty much since birth. I always get a bloated/puffy stomach and I don't know why. I've always been told its food and such so I've been watching what I eat and cutting off some things every now and then to try spot if I have allergies or what not. However, none of this seems to work. I exercise a lot, going to the gym and playing sports. Even if I do tons of ab exercises at the gym (or cardio), it still doesn't get better. Funny thing is is that some days (maybe two days a week) it looks perfectly fine and flat. Any ideas? Thanks a lot
