What Causes Bloating Of Stomach With Gas During Hiatal Hernia?

bloated a lot with gas and sometimes weakness I have a hetial hernia and I just had blood work and it was good. I have had a lower gi about 3 years ago and it was fine, I was having the same symptoms then, Sometimes it just goes away and im fine , I have tried to find anwers for 5 years
