What Causes Bloating, Nausea, Swelling Of Thyroid Glands After Consuming Food?

Every time i consume food, 30 mintues to an hour afterwards i feel bloated, with a feeling of nausea and my thyroid glands swell up making it hard to swallow. I fear i may have stomach cancer or Hyperthyroidism, i saw a doctor at a walk-in clinic with little result (prescribed me with degas pills). I have had this issue for several years, however it seems to get worse every day now. I also smoked a pack of cigarettes per week for 10 years. I quit a month ago
