What Causes Bloating, Loose Stools And Dark Specs In Stool Occasionally?

Just curious, for a while have a few issues with my bowels. Sometimes i can feel bloated, but most of it seems to be gas, and usually my stools are lighter than id expect, and also looser.

On occasion there appears to be a few darker specs though it aswell
