What Causes Bloating, Irregular Bowel Movements And Tiredness?

Hello, for about 5 months now i ve been suffering with pains such as Bloating, lower back pain, constant pressing feeling on my right hand side of my ovary and almost like a pin pricking feeling (I also experience this on left side too but not as much or as painful as right side) I have also recently noticed a strange pain sensation around my belly button from time to time (not sure if this is linked?) I have have no energy and ache all the time and seem to be constantly tired. I also have irregular bowel movements since this and sometimes can be quite uncomfortable to pass wind. The pains also get more intense when I have my period. I had a Ultrasound a month ago which showed a 3.7cm Ovarian Cyst. My Dr stated that I will need another Ultrasound to see if anything has changed but pains may not be linked with cyst. I should also mention before diagnosis I had tried IBS tablets (which had no effect) and had Blood tests, Urine tests and Internal examination which all came back normal. The Dr mentioned it could be my appendix as thats where it would be lying but its highly unlikely. Wondering if anyone else could shed some light on what I may have? Or is there a way I can control the aches & pains (Paracetamol doesnt help!) Its effecting my day to day life and gets me down. Please help!
