What Causes Bloating In Stomach?

I am a female 59 years old eat healty 5'3 145 lbs. excersice, but I cannot stop drinking water I fill my water pitcher ( regular size) from 2-10:30 pm I go to sleep I fill it minimum 3 times at work I have a water bottle , is all day and night, i get bloated at times and still cannot stop

1.acute gastritis
2.irritable bowels
3.dairy products, alcohol, caffeine
4 . liver and gall bladder disease
5.small bowel obstruction etc

May be your suffering from polydipsia to be evaluated.
