You are experiencing bloating in the lower abdomen, bloating commonly occurs due to
constipation, stay well hydrated & include fiber rich food in your daily diet. You can also take laxatives at bed time to help better bowel movement. Other medical factors that may cause bloating are IBS,
intestinal obstruction, GERD,
gastroparesis, which is a complication of
diabetes mellitus. Keep your blood glucose level under control at all cost.
Get clinically examined to rule out PID,
endometriosis, fibroid, drug allergies, side effects of certain medications, etc. You will be treated accordingly. To get relief, you can take antacids or PPIs. Do regular exercises, stay active to prevent formation of gas and avoid bloating. Prefer home made food over packaged food, take balanced healthy food over oily junk food. Avoid skipping meals. Stay away from addictions if any. Take adequate sleep.
