What Causes Bloating, Frequent Urination, Headache And Dizziness?
Hello! This past few weeks, I feel bloated before and after my period. I never missed a period but I pee a lot like 8 times a day, I'm having back pains, sometimes headache and I feel dizzy most of the time. I feel tired even though I didn't do nothing at all and I'm having colds in the morning. What's happening to me?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Feeling bloated, dizziness, headache and frequent urination for the past few weeks giving weakness can be due to the following: Commonest reason for this to occur around menses seems to be related to the hormonal. Changes causing mood swings, anxiety and/ or stress causing aerophagia and hence bloating and all other symptoms. These may get well over time with positive hormonal changes. Yet it is better to get tests of blood for CBC, typhoid, liver and thyroid functions. Tests of stool. Tests of urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen to confirm or rule out any intestinal and/or urinary tract infection. And if found to be treated accordingly.
