Hello hope it helps you since you have a failed GERD surgery in terms of complications troublesome as abdominal bloating, dumping and unexplained weight loss although your earlier complaints of regurgitation and heart burn improved or not OR earlier post surgey improved then deveolped.I think if you have weight loss subjectively it could be due to bloating and dumping with less urge to eat but should be evaluated by gastroenterologist whether needing upper GI endoscopy or symptoms amleiorated with prokinetic drugs. As far as revisional surgery concerns you need to visit your primary surgeon as 24 hours PH monitoring required further to discuss pros and corns of surgery versus conservative treatment
